Mary Westout in Lewes; 2 messuages, malthouse, gardens in Southover in the tenure of Daniel Stanineugh, gent., and Thos. Combes; 11 ac. in Hamsey in tenure of John French; a messuage, lands &c. called Crepe and Jennings containing 200 ac. in Penhurst; marshlands called Westcotts Marsh and the Gregories containing 50 ac. in Westham and a messuage and lands called Hayes farm containing 200 ac. in High Halstons and Frindesbury, co. Kent
