Sussex, esq., brother of the said Lady Ellen, and THOMAS TYNDALL of Arlington, co. Sussex, gent., to RICHARD ALFREY of Cattsfeild, gent., - under the powers contained in the Will of the said Sir Edmond Pelham, dated 5 July, 1604, and with the consent of Herbert Pelham, esq., son and heir of Sir Edmond - of 12 ac. of of woodland called Reedwoode in Cattisfeild, lying to lands of Thomas Alfrey, gent., and formerly of Wm. Haye, NE. and S., the heirs of Richard Aneston, S. and W. and lands of the heirs of Wm. Aneston, W. and N

 

Also of 10 ac. called Millers, being pasture and upland and in part land covered with water, in Cattsfeild, the highway from Cattsfeild to Pottmans bridge, E., the heirs of Wm. Waters, gent., S. and E., land of Thos. Alfrey, sometime of Wm. Haye, SW. and N. and Southwoods, W. and N

 

Also Sale by Lady Ellen Pelham of all wood growing on the lands called Reedwoode and upon 25 ac. called Southwoods lying at the NE. of a lane or highway dividing the same from other lands of the said Harbert Pelham called Southwoods
