By Sir JOHN ASHBOURNHAM of Ashbournham, knt., to WILLIAM RELFE of Penhurst, gent., - for £540 - of a messuage, barn, garden, lands &c. called the Crepe and Gennies alias Gennings, containing 140 ac. in Penhurst and bounding to lands of Sir Moyle Finche, knt., called Ibrooke, N., lands sometime of Michael Hawkins called also Ibrooke, W. and N. lands of Barthelmew Standen and of John Atkin, W., the Millponde of Penhurst, W. and S., the highway between Stephens Crooche and Penhurst, and other lands sometime of Michael Hawkins called Peryers Crofte and lands of William Haye, gent., S., lands of the heirs of Abraham Wooddy called Kymehide, E. and other lands of the said Wm. Haye called Capenors, E. and N.; the premises called Crepe being in the occupation of John Cade, the residue in the occupation of Richard Fareleigh

The residue being lands called Bromcyes lying to the highway from Stephens Crooche to Penhurst and a cottage and lands sometime of Michael Hawkins, W. and N., land of John Atkin called Millfield, W. and lands of Sir Edw. Michelborne also called Bromeys, E. and S
