By NICHOLAS BLUETT of Ashburnham, hammerman, to GREGORY RELF of Crowherst, yeoman, in £240 for quiet enjoyment, free from dower of Alice Cowper wife of Symon Cowper and Joane, wife of the said Nicholas Bluett, of 4 pieces of land in Penherst with another parcel in Catsfeld and also a messuage, kitchen, barn and land in Catsfield called Cowlands, Mattrices alias Natfries and Stakenden. Also for the delivery by Nicholas Bluett of all deeds and evidences concerning the premises in case of default in delivery to the said Gregory Relf of a certain sum of "Ieron" as mentioned in deed of even date between the parties Signature, Nycholas Bluett.
