By JOHN PLUMMER of Ashburnham, whereby after reciting a mortgage dated 16 Jan., 1653 by Richard Weeks to Samuel Barton of a messuage and lands called Agmonshurste - for £500, which mortgage was assigned to the said John Plummer by deed of 30 Nov., 1675 for £605, It was declared that the said sum of money was the money of William Ashburnham and that the said John Plummer was trustee for him
