Lease of a messuage and land called Robertsbridge Abbey with Joseph Ellis's household goods, livestock and husbandry tackling there

 

John Ellis undertakes to pay the rent of £140 the messuage and lands to the landlord the Earl of Leicester and an annuity of £20 for life; John Ellis put in possession by the delivery of a chestnut mare
