Messuage, barn and eight pieces of land and wood called Dosyes (50a) in Mayfield (E: other land of NM called Battesfield, part of Hightown, and to land of Thomas Pelham, bt; W: Combeland; S: a lane from Combe Wood to Batts Wood; N: NM's land called Waremeade, separated by the river from his tenement called Hightown), occupied by John Dungate under a lease for 15 years from 25 Mar 1640 at £20, 28 May 1640
