Pecuniary and chattel bequests to his daughter Elizabeth at 18, wife Frances, son Richard, servant Edward Whitely, father-in-law John Huggett of Brenchley in Kent, yeoman, and brother-in-law William Fawkenor of Wartling, yeoman

 

Lands in Pevensey and Westham to son William at 21; executors to cut down all woods on all his waste land in Mayfield, once part of the manor of Mayfield, until his son Richard be 21; wife Frances to take the profits of a barn and 40a occupied by Alexander Collyn, part of the manor of Pennybridge in Mayfield, until son Richard be 21; power to executrix to sell the land called Dunleighe in Mayfield and Waldron, and six acres in Waldron occupied by John Kerwyn by the lease of his father Richard Maynard, and to receive £18 of the heirs of Robert Tyhurst; power to executrix to sell a windmill on Hadlow Down in Mayfield and Buxted, all waste lands formerly part of the manor of Mayfield and all his cottages thereon (except a piece of waste land called Pounslow Wood), with the consent of John Huggett and William Fawkenor

 

Wife to surrender the wardship and marriage of his son Richard to John Huggett and William Fawkenor before she re-marry;
