To enter the manor or farm called Broomham in Heathfield and the lands and tenements called the Ring of Broomham in Heathfield and hold them to the use of WB according to the terms of the settlement

 

Recites: settlement by Eleanor Ward of Bolney, widow, her son Henry Ward of Bolney, gent, Richard Bisshoppe of Sedlescombe, gent and his wife Jane, EW's daughter and HW's sister, to WB, 16 Aug 1640
