Recites: purchase, with other land, by Samuel Jeake the elder of Rye, gent, from John Guldeford, esq, 30 Jun 1656; sale by Jeake to Lewis Gillart the elder of Rye, merchant, payable at the house of Richard Hartshorne, gent, in the Middle Street, Rye, 29 Jan 1661; mortgage for £200 at 6%, Gillart to Jeake, pa; 16 Jan 1673; assignment by Gillart and Jeake to AG, 24 Dec 1675; will of AG appointing MG executrix, 30 Jul 1680; £150 owed to AG at the time of his death and £100 now
