Subject to an annuity of £6 to Lydia, nor wife of John Relf, and an annuity of £1 13s 4d claimed, with the arrears, by the heirs of Anthony Hotherop

 

The deeds to be delivered at the house by 29 Sep 1602; TE, JE and AE not to travel more than 16 miles from home; ED to pay JE's charges in levying the fine and find her a horse and saddle for her journey
