Richard Bowet, son and heir of John Bowet, to John Elryngton, treasurer of the king's household

 

The manor of Dencourt in Sussex and Kent, both above and under water, and surrounded by the sea

 

RB to make an estate to JE, deliver the deed by 29 Sep 1476 and make an estate against all the feoffees who hold to the use of RB or his wife Ann by 1 Nov 1476; RB will release any right of jointure enjoyed by Ann; JE will then grant RB the annuity

 

If these conditions are perfomed, a bond in £300 by RB to JE to be void
