1 Piece of land now a garden (32 rods) in Wadhurst Town, occupied by JL, late John Dickason, part of the land belonging to a house called The George in Wadhurst, lately purchased by JC from Henry Knowles, son and heir of Robert Knowles of Wadhurst, joiner, deceased

 

2 All the hedges, ditches and fences, and all JC's end or share of a pale fence dividing the yard near the barn belonging to The George from the orchard and pond called Pillory Pitt belonging to land in the possession of JL, all of which are to belong to and be maintained by JL

 

Warranty against the dower of JC's wife Elizabeth
