The fourth part of a messuage, kitchen, out-houses and barn (now converted to several dwellings) and the closes, gardens, orchards and backsides belonging, occupied by Richard Mepham, Richard Piper and others, at the west end of the town of Mayfield (E, N: road; E: barn and garden formerly Stephen Parker, gent; S: lands late George Hooper, gent, deceased; W: messuage and backside late Thomas Callis, deceased)

 

Recites: conveyance by JP to John Fuller of Brightling, esq, for £3 3s 0d of the moiety of a newly-erected messuage and piece of ground at the east end of the town of Mayfield, late the estate of RP and JP's brother William Pettit of Mayfield, sawyer, deceased, 1 and 2 Jul 1746; promise by MB to 'convey and procure to be conveyed' the above property to JP
