MM to save HH harmless from any claim by Peter Marchant, brother of Thomas Marchant deceased, for the value of the tithes and taxes of land in Keymer, occupied by HW as Thomas Marchant's tenant at £26, from which it was agreed that the tithes and taxes should be outset, MM having received the rents since Thomas Marchant's death
