Recites: settlement on the marriage of JJ and WB's sister Susannah Board of St Clement Dane, Middlesex, spinster, WB nad JP trustees, 5 May 1705; marriage and death of Susannah Board without issue whereby her estate in the hands of the trustees vested in JJ; refusal of WB and JP to act and bill in chancery by JJ against them;

 

Order for specific performance, 20 May 1709; account between WB and JJ showing £60 owed to JJ; conveyance of the estate from WB to JJ, 25 and 26 Mar 1712
