Recites: disputes between NW and JB; bond in £100 to abide by arbitration, 3 Oct 1724

 

Parties to execute mutual releases for past trespasses; JB to remain in the house where he lives during the term of the lease of the copyholds, paying NW £1 5s Od a year while he enjoys the Upper House, and the house he now lives in during the lives, paying NW £3 a year; JB to enjoy the Hay Crofts and the two Knowle Fields (28a) for 7 years at £1 5s Od, paying a third of the repairs of NW's stables and the necessary repairs of his house

 

NW to enjoy the house he now lives in during the term of the copyhold lease and the Old Forge Field and the three Santfey Jefferys Fields (33a), paying half the repairs of the house JB lives in

 

Detailed provision for the pasture of 'the flock of sheep to be kept between them in equal number'
