Deposited under the Public Records Act 1958 by the Programme Manager, Northfield Hospital, Aldershot, on behalf of the Western Surrey Health Authority in October 1995. The records, which had been collected together in Northfield Hospital, relate to hospitals within the former West Surrey and North East Hampshire Health Authority.

The deposit includes records of Aldershot Hospital; Northfield Hospital; Farnborough and Cove Hospital; Farnham Hospital; Trimmer's Hospital, Farnham; Farnham Dispensary for Tuberculosis; Green Lane Hospital, Farnham; Frimley and Camberley Hospital; and Yateley Hospital.
