Description:

(i) Robert Howe of Bury St. Edmunds, cooper.

 

(ii) William Mothersole of Bury St. Edmunds, gent.

 

(iii) Charles Burroughs of Bury St. Edmunds, schoolmaster.

 

By (i) to (ii) of property as in 1754/1/282, and plot of land (17r.) in same parish, fronting on Princes Street (No. 36 on plan in 1754/1/282) and which is part of larger plot of land marked D on said plan, with easement for (ii) and heirs ... to use streets on said plan. To use of (ii) for life, to use of (iii) for life of (ii), to use of (ii) and heirs.

 

Recites 1754/1/282, and conveyance, 1 April 1854, between Edward Balls (1st part), (i) (2nd part), and Joseph Pearce (3rd part), whereby said 17r. plot conveyed subject to £13. 4s. due on Mortgage of 25 November 1851, to uses (i) declares.
