House with plot of land before and at south east end at a place called The Conigar adj. a house called The Bellhouse and with road from St. Katherines Hill to Whatcombe on the south west; lease of 1725 by Richard Yerbury of Crannock, Wilts. to John Phelps of Frome refers to earlier leases of 1695, 1701, and 1711, lease of 1732 (same parties) contains copy burial entries of Phelps' children, 1769, leases of 1764 and 1770 are by Trustees of Charity to William Sheppard and Richard Briggs.
