Lease for 7 years; John Sanford of N., esq., to James Ley of same place, yeoman; 2 closes called Lower Beverland & Lower Shelley in N., 5 Nov. 1693 [unsigned]. With counterpart [unsigned] & bond [unsigned]. 1 Nov. 1693.
