Description:

Sealed orders to the tithingman for warning of the court leet and court baron. Lists of resiants are attached to the orders for 1726-34 and 1738, and jury lists exist for 1730-31.

 

All the orders are headed 'Manor and Liberty of Houndstreet', but the jury list for 1731 refers to the manor of Marksbury and Houndstreet.

 

The years 1725-32, 1734, 1738-39 and 1743 are represented.
