Description:

Jury return of twenty-six names of persons (with abodes) for 'the Grand Jury' and seven for 'the Lords Jury', 1713; and a list of defaulters summoned to appear at the court leet and court baron of Francis Popham, esq., 1721. [Both documents defective in part].
