Exemplification of a certificate of depositions taken at Ilchester (1555), in a matter depending in the Star Chamber, between the tenants and inhabitants of the manors of Mylton Asshe and Witcombe, plaintiffs, and the tenants and inhabitants of Somerton and Sutton, defendants, concerning common of pasture on Kyngesmore at Somerton, 1556. Exemplification of the record in a plea of trespass coram domina regina concerning Henry, Earl Hunt, versus John Bayley, junior, and Kingsmoor at Somerton, 1567. (Two parchment documents).
