2. Edward Rowland of Garthen Lodge, Denbigh, esq. and Mary Rowland of same spinster one of his daughters.

 

3. Divie Robertson of the Adelphi co.Midd. esq. Settlement on intended marriage of Joseph and Mary and £1,000 portion.

 

Lease and release of a messuage called Trefeen, several closes land, in parish of Kerry co,Mont.(let at £125), to hold from deaths of Lazarus Venables and Elizabeth his wife in trust to use and Mary for lives, after to uses as appointed by Joseph by deed or will, in default to use of Joseph and heirs.

 

Joseph reserved power (with consent of trustee) to sell this property and invest proceeds in purchase of other lands or government securities of equal value. Edward Rowland promised to execute a bond to the trustee for the portion to be received by Robertson in trust to invest and pay interest to use of Joseph and Mary for lives, after to use of any children share and share alike at age 21 or for daughters within 6 months of marriage if persons as Mary Rowland 2nd son of Edward Rowland party and Mary's sisters in equal shares. Any money left by Rowland to Mary by will shall be settled in the samw way. Covenant for further assurance.
