Recite that Laurence Stanyan [In MS.: "Stannion"], esquire, late one of the Farmers of his Majesty's Revenue in Ireland, is indebted to Petitioners in large sums of money, and on pretence of making up his accounts has obtained from the Barons of the Exchequer freedom from arrest, whereby Petitioners lose the benefit of having bail to their actions against him. Pray his Majesty's order to disallow the privilege aforesaid. |
