Contents:
Indentures of lease and release.
1) Geo. Kemp and Geo. Nickelson Allen of Poole (Dors), merchants, assignees of Wm. Young, late of Poole, ropemaker, bankrupt.
2) Wm. Young now of Wareham (Dors), gent., and wife Martha, d. of Martha, wife of John Baskett, clerk, devisee of Edward Butler.
3) Michael Angelo Taylor of Whitehall (Mx.) trustees.
John Waldron of Poole, merchant trustees.
Reciting assignment of bankrupt's estate, including messuage at Woolston, Isle of Purbeck (Dors), and discharge of same, and that Martha Young on death of Mary Tate (nee Butler) became entitled to estate under will of Edward Butler, and there were doubts as to whether this should have been included under bankruptcy, but creditors agreed to release any claims; now (1) by direction of (2) to (3) ½ of 1/7 of premises in Great Peatling (Leics.) and ½ of 1/7 of ½ of premises in St. Mary's parish, Islington (Mx.), for use of Martha Young.
