FEOFFMENT by William Fitzwilliam, of Milton, Knight, to John, Clerk to the Bishop of Bath, John Marney, Lord Marney, Thomas Vaux, Lord of Haraden, Robert Brudenell, Lord Chief Justice of King's Bench, and others, in trust to the use of the last will and testament of the said Sir William, of the manor of Milton, the manors of Butler's and Thorold's in Castur, the manor in Castur called Mynskyppes, the manor of Etton with the advowson, the manor of Marham with the advowson and Chantry of St. Guthlac, the manor of Fenton, Lincolnshire, with all appurtenances in Milton, Castur, Upton, Aylesworth, Marham, Etton, Helpston, Wodecroft, Peykirke, Glynton, Maxsey, Depyngate, Fenton and Depyng.

Attached are two schedules testifying the livery of seisin of the manors, etc., to the said Trustees with names of witnesses
