(made at the requst of Thomas Emson, esq.) of 40 messuages, 560 acres of land etc., in the manors of Tansore and Castur with appurtenances in Tansore, Castur, Aylesworth, and Upton, which the said Thomas, Thomas, Robert and George lately held jointly with the said John and Thomas - and Thomas Bradbury, Alderman of London and John Dey, both now deceased, by fine levied on 3 Feb. 24 Hen.VII.
