Description:

LEASE by Roger Waryn, Chaplain, and John fil.Simonis Morel to Alice Kymberlee and her sons, for term of their lives, of a messuage and curtilage in the vill of Castre near the cemetery of the parish church, at a yearly rent to the Hospital of St. John Bapt. of one penny: and the said Alice and her sons shall maintain and cover the said messuage at their own expense, and if they should wish to let the messuage the said Roger and John shall be considered first, and they, Roger and John, shall give to the said Alice for term of her life, yearly, half a quarter of corn.
