60 acres of land with a sheepfold and 6 acres of marsh and meadow sometime of John Burghard, burgess, now belonging to the chantry of Thomas de Acre in the parish church of St Peter, Westlenn: the marsh and sheepfold in Sowthlenn in breadth between the marsh sometime of Thomas Fyrlhard and now of Thomas Beawpre on the east part and the marsh sometime of Geoffrey Attefen and John Feryer and land of the chantry on the west part, extending in length from the common river of Lynn towards the north to marshes belonging to the chantry, to the aforesaid Thomas and Lord Scales towards the south, with free entry to Scalishowdiche towards the south and by the same ditch to the common way towards the east; 5 acres of marsh in Westlenn between land sometime of Richard Ferier on the west part and the chantry's marsh on the east part, extending in length from the chantry marsh towards the north to Lord Scalis marsh towards the south; 1 acre called Kanwunishyl in Westlenn in breadth between the chantry's marsh on the north part and the fleet called Oldemilnehee on the south part, extending in length from land sometime of Richard Ferier towards the west to land belonging to the chantry towards the east, with all the other land, marsh and pasture in South Lynn, West Lynn and South Clenchwarton which belonged to Thomas de Acre's chantry and which were granted with other lands by William Walton, esquire, to Adam Outlawe and John Harold of North Lynn, shipmaster
