Description:

Whereby, in consideration of £5,500, firstly, Lester & Harris (described as in 353/18/66) sell to the Society (described as in 353/18/1) (a) premises as (a) of 353/18/70; (b) premises as (b) of 353/18/70; secondly, assign to them all right of compensation under the 1947 Town and Country Planning Act; thirdly, covenant to substantiate any claim reinforcing the Society's title; fourthly, the Society indemnify the company; fifthly, the company acknowledge the Society's right to production of copies of the 20th. Sept., 1918 deed.
