Of (a) an irregular-shaped piece of land (fronting Foleshill Rd. and Webster St., covering 5,800 sq. yd.); and (b) a plot-frontage to Broad St. (225 sq. yd.), reserving to the authorities of St. Paul's church a right of way: all this is subject to covenants found in a 20th Sept., 1918 deed, stipulating firstly no erection within 6 ft. of Foleshill Rd., secondly no estraction for brick-making, and thirdly, maintenance of (b)'s right of roadway.
