Whereby, in consideration of £2,000, Lester & Harris Ltd. (described as in 353/18/66) sell to the Society (described as in 353/18/1) (a) land (bounded for 46 ft. on the north-east by Webster St., along the south-east (with a 63ft. frontage) and southwest by property recently conveyed by the vendors to the Society, north-west by hereditaments as in 353/18/63) and (b) the building described in 353/18/63 (with drainage), reserving to the vendors and to the owners of 348-352, Foleshill Rd. (even nos) right of passage over land shown on an attached plan as leading from Webster St. to the premises' rear. The land will be held under the conditions of the 1912 and 1940 deeds (the latter having been made between William Montem, Guy Smith and Alec Townsend of the first and the vendors of the second, part).
