Description:

Whereby, having recited that the mortgagor is seized (subject to his mother's life estate) of one-fifth of a moiety of the hereditaments ut infra, in consideration of £100, John Mallabone (of 47, Jenniors St., Waterloo Bridge Rd., Surr., warehouseman) conveys to Alexander Cochrane (of 16, Russell St., Covent Garden, Mdx., esq.) his and all other shares in the "Red Lion" mortgage and the adjacent premises (described in PA 353/5/2) at a redemption-rate of £120 with £5 per month interest repayable from 1st. Mar., [1875].

1st. Feb., 1875. Promise by J.Mallabone to pay Cochrane according to the deed's terms.
