Firstly, the seventh recital of PA 353/1/42; secondly, the agreement of Jane Hitchins (of Coventry, widow) for sale of the premises with Thomas Beech (described as in PA 353/1/45): therefore, in consideration of £20, Hitchins conveys to Beech 32 sq. yd. in Court 5 of Fleet St (bounded on the west by other hereditaments conveyed by the seventh recital of PA 353/1/42 to Hitchins (sold to Frederick Walter Poole of Coventry, grocer and provision-dealer), on the east partly by Beech's property but also by Hitchins' other premises shown on a hereon-endorsed plan): Beech covenants to erect on the west side of the hereby-granted land a 9 in. [wide] brick wall 7 ft. high to divide it from the piece sold by Hitchins to Poole: Poole covenants to produce scheduled deeds (which form the first, seventh and eighth recitals of PA 353/1/42). |
