Whereby, having recited:- firstly, PA 353/16/1 (with its 24th. Oct., 1900 codicil appointing Joseph Newton Barber executor, G. Barber's death on 26th. Oct., 1900, and its proving on 23rd. July, 1906); secondly, H. Barber's death 12th. Jan., 1936; and thirdly, J.N. Barber's death on 17th. Oct., 1918 without having proved G. Barber's will or acted as his trustee: therefore W.N. Barber (of "Bryn Glas", Park Rd., Coventry, wholesale grocer) is appointed trustee with E.M. Barber (formerly of "Chevy Chase", Crackley Cres., Kenilworth, Warw., now of 74, Stoney Rd., Coventry, spinster).
