Jukes (described as in PA 353/14/4) states, firstly, that the 1908 deed's heriditaments (as in PA 353/14/4) on the western side were then contracted to be sold to Charles Wilfred Pearson, those on the east to -- Baldwin; secondly, that the intervening property subsequently acquired its present number; and thirdly, that he had never purchased any other Kensington Rd. premises.
