Austin (described as in 353/38/4) sells to Hillmans (described as in 353/38/2) (a) 490 sq. yd. at Pinley (described as in 353/38/4) as shown edged in pink on a plan annexed to the 1922 conveyance (as in 353/38/2,4), allowing the first two parties to that deed (and their successors) the right to use of roads from the plot, (b) the plot coloured brown on the plan as on 353/38/4; secondly, as 353/38/4's third disposition-clause.
