Description:

Whereby, having recited the death of William Lee (late of 6, Spencer Rd., Coventry) on 28th. Jan., 1924 having by will (28th. May, 1897) and codicil (27th. Mar., 1920) appointed J. W. Lee (of 10, Dalton Rd., Coventry, textile manufacturer), J. R. Coombs (of "Greystoke", Greenhill Rd., Wylde Green, Birmingham, manufacturer's agent) and F. W. Lee (of 8, Warwick Ave., Coventry, textile manufacturer) his executors (the will being proved in July, 1924 at the Principal Probate Registry), therefore, in consideration of £360 paid by the vendors as W. Lee's personal representatives, J. W. Lee et al convey to Francis & Barnett Ltd. (of Lower Ford St., Coventry, manufacturers) a plot fronting Clarendon St. for 30ft., adjoining that road on the north-west, on the south-west a plot formerly Henry Westrap's, on the north-west a plot formerly - Rollason's, the conveyed premises covering 498 sq. yd., with "Laburnum Cottage" built thereon by George Cook.
