Whose first and second clauses are mutatis mutandis identical with 353/26/32's; thirdly, Percy John Currington (of "Albion Inn", Thomas St., Coventry, "salesman") promises not to hold shares in Stringers or a similar company without the directors' permission; fourthly, he will be in charge of sales policy in default of board instructions; fifthly his salary will be like the secretary's; sixthly, holiday will be taken on the same terms as the secretary's; seventhly, the agreement will be terminable with one month's notice from the company if the sales manager shall be incapacitated for six months; and eigthly, Currington will not in any way engage in screw-selling in the United Kingdom (without the directors' consent) within two years of the agreement's expiry.
