(For which a £100 deposit had been paid of the £975 purchase-money) by D. Orrel: (described as in PA 353/8/1) to the Little Heath Working Men's Club and Institute (of 122, Elmsdale Ave., Little Heath, Coventry) for (a) a close (hedged north, west and south) at Little Heath, pa. Foleshill, Warws., near the Coventry to Nuneaton road (2a.), bounded on the south partly by (b) but also by land formerly Edward Woolton's and Eli Kelley's, north and west by their lands, [east] partly by "Elm Cottage" (belonging to Sarah Beatrice Lovett) and also by the property of William Edward Cooper; (b) land (part of a 16a. 2r. 9p. close conveyed to Woolton and E. Kelley on 29th. July, 1909 by Kathleen Mary, John Orton, and Richard Reginald, Hollick) covering 813 sq. yd., bounded on its 66 ft. southern frontage by the intended Elmsdale Ave., on the western 74 ft. 9 in. by part of the said close, on the northern 125 ft. 9 in. by (a), and on the eastern 101 ft. 7 in. by part of the close sold to other owners, with use of Elmsdale Ave. and an access-road.
