Description:

Whereby, having recited:- firstly, this deed's being supplementary to a 1st. June, 1938 lease made by M. Mayo (wife of A.D. Mayo, formerly of the same address as in 353/20/71 but now of Pye Corner, Broadway, Worcs., manufacturer) and A.E. Mayo (formerly as in 353/20/71 but now of 100, Oxford Rd., Banbury, Oxon., retired manufacturer) with Coventry-Eagle (described as formerly of Bishopsgate Green, Coventry); and secondly, that the lessees have agreed to surrender the lease to the reversioners; therefore, firstly, the company convey to the Mayos the premises as detailed in the lease for the extinction of the reversionary term; and secondly, the reversioners release the lessees from any claims made under the lease.
