Stayley Mill Co. Ltd. & the Millbrook Spinning CO. Ltd. Millbrook became a Limited Co. in 1892. In 1935 they merged to form the Staly and Millbrook Co. Ltd. In 1960 they went into liquidation and were subsequently bought by Smedlow Ltd.
