Title: LORD WYLLUGHBY to the GOVERNOR and GARRISON of Geertrudenbergh.
Description:

--Expressing his surprise and indignation that they should, without his knowledge or permission, have forced the burghers to lay down their arms; declaring that he cannot nor will not permit that good and faithful patriots, citizens of that town, who for so many years have borne arms for their religion and their country should suffer such a disgrace; and ordering that the arms be immediately returned.
