Informing his father of the provisions of the Maddocks marriage settlement. "I saw young Dease here on Thursday. I shewed him as much of the birth day carriages at St. James as I could & in the evening we went to Covent Garden where he was very much amused". He also comments on the Nixons' ball and the Cannings' marriage.
