-- Messuage farm and tenement, with several cottages and buildings thereunto belonging called Gatherfold, and the closes fields and parcels of land called the Lane, the Lower Field, the Rough Meadow, the Middlefield, the Nearer part of the Great Meadow, the Far part of the Great Meadow, the Field before the Door, the Coal pit field, the Little Field, the Spring Field, otherwise called The Copy, the New Field, the Rough Bank, the Fold, the Great Meadow, the Little Meadow, the Coal Pit field, the Banks formerly called Further Bank, Middle Bank, Spout Bank, the parts of the Harehill and Bent the Law Hill, the Dick Rough and the other parts of the Harehill and Bents, and the Trough Common, containing altogether 47 acres, 1 rood, 15 perches after the measure of 7 yards to the rod or perch. Messuage Farm and Tenement called Green Brows, with the closes, fields and parcels of land called the Rough, the Near Bank, the Far Bank, the Great Bank, The Field at the back of the House, the Black Field, the Great Meadow and the Little Meadow containing altogether 11 ac. 2 roods 25 perches after the same measure. Messuage, Farm and tenement called Bobbys with closes, fields and parcels of land called the Little Field, the Little Bent, the Far Turf, the Pit Rough, the Lower Turf pit Rough, the Higher Field, the Lower field, the Lower Meadow, and Coal pit Meadow, the Field at the Back of the House, the Coalpit Field, the Slives and the Near Turf pit Rough, containing altogether 14 acres, 2 perches, after the same measure. Messuage, Farm and tenement called Law Clough, with closes and parcels of land called the Green Brows, the Green Brows, the Spring Field, the Rushy Field, the Little Field, the Lowes Meadow, the Higher Meadow, the Rough, the Field above the House, and the Bank, containing altogether 16 acres and 32 perches after the same measure. The Coal Mines lying under these lands which were demised to John Lord and Co., for 99 years under the rent of 2/d 'for twenty customary horseloads' when coal sold at 6d a load, and of one third of the advance price when coal sold higher. A parcel of Copyhold land called Trough Yate Lane in Hogshead 6 yards in width along the westerly end of a close called Meadow below the Lane, extending from the old Turnpike Road to the new division made through the said close. A messuage and tenement in Hogshead and the fields and closes thereto belonging called the Greenwood Field, the Spoutfield, the Meanfield, the Great Meadow, the Meadow Bottom, and the Shackleton Rough. The 18th part of a plot of waste ground in Hogshead containing 18 acres, after the measure of 7 yards to the Rod or Parch.--
