Bargain and sale and counterpart (1) James Watkins of Cwmyoy, husbandman (nephew, devisee and executor in will of Mary Gundy, widow, dec.) (2) The Rev. William Thomas of Abergavenny, clerk. (3) The Governors of Queen Anne's Bounty. (4) The Rev. Philip Price, clerk, curate of Walterstone. Reciting deeds from 1745 as above. Now in consideration of £ 200 property as above is conveyed to Price and his successors for augmentation, of the cure. |
