1. Nicholas Phillpott of Hereford, gent, and Mary his wife.

 

2. William Prosser of St. Martins in the Fields, coachmaker and Esay Prosser of St. Margarets, farmer, his brother.

Messuage in Snowdle in which Phillipp Powell lives, and closes and parcels of arable, meadow and pasture and wood ground in Snowdle as follows:-

 

The orles, the new leasowes, the Forth Lace, the Gattymore Leasow, the Rusby Leasow, Hancocks Leasow, the Ox Leasowe, the Stony Feild, the two plocks, the two plashetts, the old Berry, the Sower Leasow, the close under the house, the orchard and parcel of meadow in Snowdle in the great meadow 10 acres and lands of Nicholas Phillpott in Snowdle in the Westlaund Field, Dorstons Field and the field under the Castle now in the occupation of Phillipp Powell. And messuage in Snowdle now in the possession of Jane Smuth widow and lately purchased by Nicholas Phillpotts of Llewelyn ap Rees and Johan his wife. All that parcel 1 acre in Snowdle between the orchards of Nicholas Phillpott on the east and west parts formerly purchased by Nicholas Phillpotts of George Hancocks and Mabell his wife and Anne Garnons, and all those two several parcels of land called Cay Reddin 40 acres in Peterchurch now in the occupation of Griffith Gilbert and Jane Smyth and lately purchased by Nicholas Phillpott of Thomas Jones: and all that parcel of arable 5 acres in Snowdle in the field called Dorstons Field between the New Leasowes and the land of Herbert Awbry esq., on the east and west parts: and all that parcel of arable land 1 acre in the field under the Castle and adjoining to the land of John Hunt on the west - these two last parcels formerly granted to Nicholas Phillpott by William Jenkin, Margaret Parry, widow, and David Jenkin. And all that parcel of arable land with the freeborder belonging 2 acres, in Snowdle in Dorstons Field near the Pytt and formerly granted in exchange to Nicholas Phillpotts by John Hunt.
