Bond of James Nicholls of Clodock to William Pytt for £160 following indentures tripartite of assignment of this date between Helen Parry of Michaelchurch Escley, widow, James Nicholls and William Pytt. 24 June, 1698. 1698. Bond of John Parry to his mother, Helen Parry to pay £10. 24 June, 1698. (1664) Schedule of deeds delivered by John Parry of Roulston to James Nicholls of Dules to be redelivered to Parry after full performance of the conditions in a pair of indentures of demise dated 15 June, 1664. 1702. Bond of John Parry to fulfill covenants of a deed of conveyance of same date between John Phillips and Elizabeth his wife of Llantilloe Cressenny, Mons. and John Parry and Rebecca his wife on the one part and William Pytt on the other. 23 November, 1702. |
